With so much cynicism and negativity in the world, it's a treat to find a company dedicated to positivity. Their sizing is inclusive with t-shirts all the way up to a 5XL, their prints are thoughtfully designed, and they support causes like mental health. But best of all, their tees are SOOOOOO COMFY!!!
I'm on the autism spectrum and SUPER fussy about anything that is going to touch my skin. These tees are a dream come true for me. They're made of soft, yet durable, sustainable cotton with no itchy tag at the neckline and their seams never irritate me like some do.
Ordering was simple, discounts applied automatically so no fussing around with inputting codes. Emailed communications about order confirmation and delivery updates were clear and up beat.
I eagerly await new designs from this company, as I will happily buy from them again.

No communication
The wrong shirt was sent out in my order and while mistakes can happen, I have contacted the company three different times this week and have not received one response in the last 5 business days. Very disappointing.

Waiting without updates was stressful, especially for a first-time customer. After reading the explanation and hearing about other people's experiences, i don't believe this was done purposefully. I'm upset it didn't arrive on time, but I'm still fine with my decision to order.

Really slow to fulfill orders
I've brought several hoodies and t-shirts from Selfawear, and always been completely happy with my purchase, and understanding of how long it took to get (usually within 1-2 weeks)
My latest order, ordered 20 days ago has not even been shipped yet. I keep receiving marketing emails every other day - 50% off, order now etc. but I'm not ordering anything until my order has arrived, and I'll probably think twice before ordering ever again.
I'm not sure what's happened Selfawear, but you've become unreliable.

Delivery was prompt with emails sent along the way so I did not need to chase up my order.
The quality & fit of my T-shirts was brilliant. It’s definitely a good idea to measure one of your favourite T-shirts before ordering, as shown on the website. Then you don’t have to worry about returning clothing that does not fit properly. Colour & design choices are varied. While the words/phrases standout well with their messages of encouragement.

The website is easy to navigate, descriptions of products are clear and accurate. Quality products. I have a number of T shirts now and a hoody and I wear them all the time. I get comments on the T shirts when I wear them out and happily recomend the company and website. Love that it is an Australian company
