For a long time, our business was looking for a solution that could quickly pull in product data from a UPC scan and import it into our inventory with relevant product details and pricing suggestions. This has proven to be one of the most powerful features of Seller Champ, and our business cannot operate without it.

SellerChamp has been a big part of my workflow for years. It keeps my inventory locations organized and the auto-delisting is clutch. Running Amazon plus two eBay stores is a lot, and SellerChamp helps keep everything smooth and consistent.

1 star is too much. DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE. Unless you want your business ruined. Nothing works, be prepared to lose inventory, multiple new problems every week. Multi-channel solutions are a beta at best and be prepared to pay for them to mess up your entire business. Shopify does not work, walmart does not work, ebay be prepared for listings to be deleted, inventory to update to zero randomly, templates do not work. Duplicate listings, pricing to randomly go to zero or $999.99, policy violations galore. Customer service tickets take weeks to be addressed and even then no fix. Customer service takes 3-4 days just to respond. Be prepared to be blamed for every problem as their go to is to blame the user. Stay away and use something else. These people dont care.

From first demo to onboarding, the SC team amazing to work with.
We have connected all three channels Amazon, Walmart, Ebay during initial implementation and working on Shopify next.
Listing products in marketplace channels is easy with SC pulling data from available sources as soon as we input a barcode, ASIN or manufg part# number.
SC keeps our inventory sync and we use for order processing.
It also connect with other solutions for shipping and fulfillment.
We have tow different locations, we keep track of our inventory locations in SC too.
Whenever, we have an issue their support team very responsive, if issue not resolved they follow up without we need to remind them.
Overall very happy with the system. Since we start using SC our business efficiency improves, mistakes reduced and the team loving it.

They continually mess up prices and inventory levels across the 11 marketplaces I have connected. When I raise this issue, support staff doesn't seem to care.
