We purchased 18 tickets and have been trying to change or get a refund, but it’s been incredibly frustrating. There’s no phone number, Instagram, or Facebook page to contact anyone.
The only option is email, and the responses are painfully slow — I’ve had to send multiple follow-ups just to get one reply.
Now the event has been cancelled, and all they’re offering is to move it to another date in January or later, which is completely unreasonable.

This website is a scam that sells tickets to fake events with no real address. I bought a ticket to a dinner but received no details from the site or "organizer" and the date came and went. Many others report being scammed as well.

scam. bought tickets. called venue and was told no event there.

This is a scam. Bought tickets for Ice bar and it doesnt exist. Now says it is for Feb.
No customer service. The email is a fraud and no one responds.

I bought tickets to an ice bar event. The event was canceled/rescheduled for NEXT YEAR, I wasn’t notified or asked. We showed up along with many others for the event, not being notified of the change!! I’ve emailed them like 8x, no response, no refund, no communication. It’s BS

I purchased tickets for Tokyo Karts in Denver, CO and this has now been rescheduled twice. I've contacted support numerous times with no response. This appears to be a SCAM! Do no purchase anything from this organizer or comapny!

Bought tickets for Tokyo Karts in the Edinburgh Fringe.
Event was then rescheduled & rescheduled again.

I have since seen the same thing happened in Canada.

I have reached out multiple times to SellOut Tickets & the even organizer for a refund but have had no meaningful response.

Avoid at all cost! If you do buy anything make sure you use a credit card.
