I was sent the wrong belt. Reached out to you about getting what I ordered and you have done nothing to get me what I ordered and have received no information about returning the wrong product I was sent. Ordered PA1038 and received PA1034. Is anything going to be done to fix this?

Fast easy to order less expensive than one I bought at med supply

Let me order a product then cancel order.

Made an order on 10/14/25, it was never shipped. Then the tracking number provided expired. Emailed on 10/29/25 and never got a response. Called on 11/3/2025 and the robot tells me there is no one who can talk to me. Ridiculous.

It took no time for the package to arrive and the item was well secure. Mom loves this product.

The mesh bag is shorter than the last one I purchased so less thing fit. I prefer mesh all the way around and on bottom. I don’t like the way it clips to the bars making it hang lower. I prefer the last one I ordered that has 4 clips which attach to each leg.

Abysmal, non-existent customer service. Placed my order with 2-6 day delivery. Now on day 17. AI assistant says package is on the way. They give me tracking info that says FedEx does NOT have my package yet. I'm in a constant loop of the AI assistant telling me what is not true and I can never reach a real human. I've tried phone, text, email and the answer is the same every day. I can't even cancel the order because I can't reach anyone!!!
