BE CAREFUL
Easy to use the website although a bit pricey compared to some onscreen diets you can get for free I should have done more research on this .
Also be aware of the ongoing monthly subscription charges that isn’t made very clear when you purchase your diet which resulted in £44.69 coming out of my bank which I was unaware of.
I have spoken to customer services only to be told I will not be getting a refund and they have sent me more info on diets and wellbeing to compensate for this,
this is very disappointing as a disabled person I have limited money coming in and so can ill afford to loose out on money unnecessary.

Diet plan not for me
I thought this diet would be great so purchased 3 month subscription. Upon seeing the plan and meals I was less impressed and it felt and looked rather like a fad diet, assuming everyone of a certain age is lactose intolerant. I hate almond, oat and soy milk. Many of the recipes use this. As a UK based individual I felt many of the recipes were not typically what I would eat, especially for breakfast such as broccoli and cheese toasties. I felt therefore that this wasn't something I could either stick to or follow so I have cancelled any further payments and lost £22.00 but I have learned my lesson and now gone to UK diabetes website for a diet plan which is free and I am more able to follow and stick to.
