Jisel Blasi was excellent in explaining all information about the policy. All of this is foreign to me as I always had insurance through my employer and did not need to research on my own. Jisel was transparent with everything and helpful in making sure I made the right choice. Also, Deron Dangerfield was very helpful in explaining drug plans. I appreciate both of these individuals for all that they did to help me with this process, they were professional and personable at the same time.
