Sensational Minds offers an incredible diagnosis and support service for neurodivergent children and their families. I honestly don’t know where we’d be without their help. Post the ASD diagnosis, they have helped support our family with school meetings, navigating the complex education system and ensuring our child gets the educational support she needs within school. I would highly recommend Sensational Minds to anyone needing support for their neurodivergent children. Thank you Rhiann and Mark.

Absolutely like no other organisation I’ve ever come across. From a personal and professional standpoint I would recommend as your first point of call to all people and parents who have felt like they’ve been stuck in the dark with no hope. S-minds, Rhiann and her whole team are absolutely outstanding. They have held our hand through all the roads from pre assessment to post diagnosis support. They hold the client and their family at the heart of what they do in each step. They are dedicated to getting the assessments right. And are one of the only teams I’ve found that will go into the school and assess your child in the school setting so often picking up so many missed/masked areas of struggle, to the blinder eye. Their professionalism is shared across the whole team, their assessments are so so thorough and gold standard to the NICE guidelines . For anyone who has been wounded, shut down or is suffering from the sheer isolation and burnout of navigating the Sen world or system- the team are literally the light in the tunnel we’d given up hope finding. From a professional perspective as a Therapist who works within the neurodivergent community both with pre diagnosis but equally the mental health and trauma caused by so many struggling and being so unsupported and unseen-loosing their precious self worth and hope, Sensational minds are the one organisation I can confidently refer to with 100% knowledge that their experience will be honoured, respected and supported in the most delicate and positive way forward. An absolute gem for both adults and children as well as Companies wanting to better their inclusivity support in education or the work place. 🙏 Other than their extremely thorough assessment and feed forward report including so much detail tailored to the specific person themselves, the biggest take away is this organisation is one of the only ones I’ve come across that leaves the person being assessed feeling absolutely seen. There is no generic diagnosis report- each and everyone is bespoke to the clients presentation, struggles but also ( so refreshingly!!! ) their strengths too!

Our experience with this service has truly been life changing for our family. From the very beginning, Rhiann, and her team were absolutely incredible. She listened so carefully to all of our concerns about our son and made us feel completely understood and supported. As parents, you sometimes worry about whether people will really hear what you’re saying, but with Rhiann we felt listened to, reassured and guided every step of the way. She genuinely went above and beyond for us, and as many parents going through this know it’s a long process but made so much easier and less stressful by Rhiann.
Receiving our son’s autism diagnosis has made such a positive difference. It has given us a much deeper understanding of him, the way he experiences the world and why certain things can be challenging for him. Instead of feeling unsure or worried, we now feel empowered to support him in the right ways so he can thrive and be fully understood.
What also meant so much to us was that the care didn’t stop once the diagnosis was given. Rhiann has continued to be there for us, and I’ve been able to reach out to her when I’ve needed advice or support. Knowing that support is still there has made such a difference.
Rhiann also hosted an ADHD and autism awareness course which was amazing. We learnt so much about how to better support our son both emotionally and practically. The course was run in a small group which made it feel really personal and safe, and everyone was encouraged to share their experiences and ask questions. The open discussions were incredibly valuable and we came away feeling much more confident as parents. I would really recommend this for any parents who would benefit.
We are so grateful for the compassion, knowledge and support we received. It hasn’t just helped us understand our son better it has helped us support him in a way that allows him to be himself and feel understood.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this service to any family going through a similar journey. The care, understanding and dedication they show truly makes a lasting difference.

I'm a mum battling to get support for my two neurodivergent children, and Rhiann and Sensational Minds have been like a ray of light. The rainbow in the storm. Their positivity and support is a lifeline. I always come away feeling empowered and hopeful.
