It's not arrived!!!!!

It's not arrived!!!!!! The Post Office seem to have had it but its not got to me. It looks like I will want my money back!!

If the tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, please check with your neighbors to see if they may have accepted the package on your behalf. Order was cancelled after over a week. No reason given. Awaiting refund.

Edited: thanks for your response, but didn’t you think to call or email before sending a system generated cancellation? The shipping address was the UK. The card & billing address are French. Does that seem fraudulent? Don’t you have people ordering from outside of the UK? At Christmas?

If I could give 10 stars I would. Great service. Exceptional prices on hard to find product selling for extortionate prices elsewhere. Firstclass contact from placing order to delivery. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you so much Sense42.

Do not order from this company

The order was taken then you decided to cancel my order at that price then restocked and put it back on the website at a higher price. So obviously decided you didn’t want to sell me the perfume at the cheaper price ! Very unethical

Great service from start to finish

Having placed an order with sense42 and then reading all the negative reviews I was a little worried by all the horror stories.

I needent have been as from the moment I placed the order to delivery this morning, everything went very smoothly.

I ordered caractere by daniel hecter which is as rare as hens teeth for some reason. Reminds me of the 1990s

Still awaiting a refund…

Still awaiting a refund which they said they sent on 3rd September. My bank have confirmed twice that no refund has been made. Now my emails are being ignored! Disgusting customer service. I am not prepared to be out of pocket for goods I never received! Is it the consumer ombudsman next?

Not impressed

My experience with this company was bad. I ordered a perfume which advertised a price for 100ml of the product. I received 30ml. I contacted the company to explain their mistake and ask for correct one to be sent. The person I dealt with (John) was rude and refused to correct their mistake insisting that I ordered 30ml even though I sent them a copy of their invoice stating 100ml. Eventually I raised a complaint with PayPal and next day received a message from Sense42 customer services apologising profusely and offering refund. This person (Amy) was really helpful and efficient. Overall not impressed though.

They just waste your time

Ordered a aftershave, they took payment then after 5 working days they emailed some excuse about how the courier had damaged the product and that it was the last one they had blah blah.....so after waiting a total of 6 days I had to seek a refund, Waste of time ordering with them as I never got what i ordered.
