Brilliant screen-free tool for speech delay!
As a mother and preschool educator who strictly avoids screens, I cannot recommend this device enough. I bought it for two children in my preschool with speech delays, and it has been a game-changer.
The standout feature is the genuine Australian accent, ensuring words are pronounced correctly for local speech development. An added bonus is the excellent fine motor skills practice children get from picking up and pushing the cards into the slot.
It promotes independent, highly meaningful, and tactile play without digital overstimulation. A truly fantastic investment for supporting language milestones!

Worst product ever. Does the opposite to what it’s meant to. Multiple cards say the wrong words, I put in the puddle card, it said “tree” put in octopus it said “seahorse”.
Cheaply made, save your money.

I had a problem with 2 of my sensory animals purchased so I reached out to the team and received a prompt response. The toys were changed in no time and the responses were quick. I have extremely happy kids.

Shocking customer service. I pre-ordered NeeDoh due in July and had to constantly chase for updates, and waited weeks for a reply.
I understand delays happen, but taking weeks to respond, giving no updates unless customers chase, and not even apologising is really poor service. I won’t be buying from them again.

Looks amazing though shes only 1 and just received it. I thought it would be a bit bigger. See how it goes.

Very happy with my purchase

I paid a premium price for flash cards, they arrived but the box/ packaging was all damaged. I was offered a discount which I declined as the item was for a gift and needed the packaging to be perfect. Then been told they won't do anything about it because packaging isn't in their control. Disgraceful response, poor service despite the premium pricing. Don't buy from this company.

Package gor lost, customer service was amazing and got it sorted quickly. The package came in perfecr condition. My boy loves it and it helps get him off technology.

I bought the starter pack of the Audible Flashcard Learning Device (Australia) for my two grandchildren to see if they would benefit from it. They loved it so much that there were arguments over who got to use it. I decided to buy the extension pack so that they could have one device each. This solved the problem and they are both now happy and learning willingly.

I recently bought the audible flashcards. The delivery was very prompt. Arrived in under a week. Unfortunately the device didn't have sound so I contacted customer service and they couldn't be more helpful. We quickly worked out the divice was faulty and another one was delivered in three days and works beautifully. Definitely recommend SensoryToys Australia.

I originally bought these a couple of months before we actually got to use them because we were in the middle of moving house. They ended up getting packed away and lost in boxes, so by the time we found them it had been around two months. Unfortunately, when we finally used them, the cards weren’t reading correctly. I reached out to customer service expecting it to be a hassle, but they replied almost immediately. They were so friendly and understanding, and had a replacement sent out within 48 hours with no issues at all. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely stands behind their products. Our replacement has been perfect and my daughter absolutely loves it. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again

Orders a mega magnetic train set and only received a small one. Contacted company. No response, package turned up from china, damaged box. Do not buy… seems like this company is a drop shipping company. Where is the moral compass!!!!

I ordered audible flash cards for my twin girls. Due to some error my address was not accurate, reached out to support team at kidssensorytoys Rachel and Patricia were super helpful getting the order delivered to us. Happy with the purchase, intuitive already grabbing my kids attention.
