Love the scent however I had seen a much bigger defuser and that’s what I was expecting x it was the baby version I got. Smells amazing though

First time using this site. Will certainly use it again. Good prices for the refills. Arrived fairly quick. Although they were well packaged I felt it was too much, could of done with less. That is my only complaint.

I purchased the oils I’ve sent two emails explaining my concerns,and no acknowledgement/reply.

This is the second time in a few months I’ve had delivery issues with this company.
Usually deliveries are within a few days; previous order took around 3/4 weeks to receive goods, but NO communication or reply from emails sent by me with queries.
I love the products so much I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and try again. This time the delivery was swift, but only one product was received instead of the three ordered. I have emailed the company twice so far, but suspect like the last time I won’t get a reply. I’ll give sufficient time in line with bank policy and will then pursue a refund for undelivered goods through my bank. Such a shame because the smells are amazing and over the last few years I’ve used this company there was never a problem, but won’t be using again sadly 🥲

Browsing and purchasing oils for my diffuser was so easy ..delivery was a bit slower than i imagined it would be but i wasnt in a rush for it

We have always used sensum diffusers and recently ordered 3 diffusers and oils upon delivery one off the oils leaked
I have emailed customer service and sent photos numerous times and they haven’t even replied back the worse customer service ever A company is only as good if the customers are satisfied and happy and I am not

Was pleased how quickly I received my delivery. Very well wrapped. I absolutely love this product the scent is beautiful and lasts worth every penny.

Received my order and the Persian spice has no smell have tried contacting the company a few times but no response so far

I am absolutely shocked at the customer service. I have emailed to start a return but i have had no response after trying to make contact numerous times to enable me to return my product within the time allowed stated in the Returns Policy. This is simply unacceptable and I am left with an unwanted product.

I didn't have a good experience to begin with. I ordered a product that didn't arrive and I had no response from sensum for two weeks. Having said that they did get in touch and couldn't be more apologetic. They sent the replacement item and refunded me. So although it wasn't good to begin with, once they were in touch with me the customer service was excellent and the product is lovely. I would use sensum again, their products are lovely.

I am incredibly torn writing this review. On one hand, the SPA reed diffusers and refill scents are absolutely amazing. They smell incredible, the packaging is lovely and secure, and the delivery was prompt. If I were rating the product alone, it would easily be 5 stars.
However, their customer service is terrible.
Minutes after placing my most recent order, I realised I needed to amend it. I emailed them immediately, but I received absolutely no reply and the order was shipped without being adjusted. This isn't a one-off issue, either. Last year, I emailed the company numerous times regarding a different order and was met with total silence.
After reading other reviews, I am genuinely baffled as to how anyone has managed to speak to "Robert." There is no phone number listed on their website, and they don't even include a receipt in the package to provide alternative contact details.
If you buy from Sensum, do so knowing that the products are great, but if anything goes wrong, you are entirely on your own. Proceed with caution!
