Fragrance preferences are very personal, and while many customers enjoy our scents, we understand that they weren’t right for you.

Regarding returns: couriers do have restrictions on shipping alcohol-based perfumes, which can make the process more complicated — but we agree this should be clearer and smoother, and we’re working to improve it.
