I purchased a Minecraft server from SereinHost for around $9. After purchasing, my account showed an additional $82 credit deposit that I do not believe I intentionally authorized. but about a week afterward my account was suspended/banned.

At the time of the suspension:

* my server still had paid time remaining,
* lost the 82 dollars of credit
* I lost access to the control panel and server files,
* and I could no longer access my remaining services/credits.

I contacted support regarding the situation and am still trying to resolve it. I recommend that customers carefully monitor invoices and keep backups of their server files.

This was my personal experience.

Were basically finding a hosting back then were using freemcserver and mcserverhost back then we have 18members and when I found this server hosting look at us now we have 50 members because of its smooth server I'm tryna upgrade it soon but this is so good thankyou for the service

They offer excellent assistance and very accommodating. Lots of bugs where in the server but it was fixed with the help of their team. Will definitely keep using this hosting.

Maganda Yung service, mabilis Saka subrang Ganda Ng panel, madali lng maintindihan. Saka sa pinaka nagustohan ko Yung presyo swak na swak saka kaya bumuhat Ng 30 - 50 players sa presyong kayang kaya..

The best hosting service in my opinion, got the best staffs, services. Got a question? the staffs got you on there discord, quick reply, also a community trying to help you with your problems. Veryvery affordable and low latency servers, great for cheap people like me, hehe. Overall great service and staff, plus the great people on the community.

scammed me. Sold Minecraft server but closed my account and did not refund me. I checked my card one week later and it was not my refund. Has not responded

bad company, banned my account with out refund and said it was because I used too many cpu resources. their servers are too old.

Bad company owner! Threatens others with slander, claims he lost all of his customer data for the company when complaining to the company and ignoring disputes. Recommend avoiding this company if you value your data and ethics. User has been trying to remove legitimate reviews.
