I went into this place and I asked for a full set of shellac nails. I was not advised they did not do any extensions at any point. My cuticles were pushed back so hard they bled when I left the shop. I was told half way through my treatment that they do not do extensions. I was then met with such hostility and was told I had to pay anyway so I left with unfinished nails. I was excused of being a liar. The manager that did my nails was rough, rude and hostile and I left so upset. I got the impression that the business is just a money making place with no customer service whatsoever. Very disappointed.

I’ve been coming to serenity on more then few occasions now, this particular time I got my nails and toes done. Happy with it all however from what I think the manager of the branch is a problem for the salons customers and the lovely ladies that work there! She is using her fellow colleagues like bees working non stop, back and forth, clearly taken on too much and running around like headless chickens. As customers we can hear it all around us and sadly it doesn’t feel like a relaxing/pampering environment!

DO NOT GET EYELASH EXTENTIONS DONE HERE! Lasted me around 48 hours. The lashes were applied way above my lash line. Application was lousy and had my eyes open in the process. It is stated no refunds so don’t risk loosing your money over these savers lashes they apply to not even ur lash line but way far above, it was hard to raise my eyebrows without them ripping at my eyelid as they were not applied correctly. Denied a refund eventhough it was there own fault this had happened, if it was my fault I would have never requested a refund but it was clearly this uneducated in certain treatments salon. They charged £37 for these I am angry and upset by how much money I have wasted and for the money they are charging for this £hit service. I went in and spoke to the girl who done this and she nervously laughed at me and had no common knowledge and told me to email the “owner” who replied to me in 3 minutes stating they watched the 35 minute cctv footage. This “salon” has a disgusting Attitude towards customers and the lady who done my eyelashes/eyebrows said they had to do them quick as they had another appointment. Please please avoid eyelash extentions or anything to do with eyelashes at this salon- only good for eyebrows when they can be bothered

Hi Serena, I hope you had a lovely holiday. I came in on Sunday 19th feb and had the best ever facial , honestly it was amazing, your lady (blue finger polish) was fantastic, she knows what shes doing, so thank you as always for a lovely service, shall I post on FB? Xx

Have never used this place due to a friend’s nails being butchered having her shellacs removed and now have seen the terrible eyebrow tint done on another person. The lady doing it must seriously need glasses as the result is dreadful. Won’t go anywhere near this place as staff obviously have no training whatsoever.

Terrible service. Had a shellac treatment that lasted three days. When I reported my experience in store I was pushed from pillar to post with who to complain to and never given a direct contact name. The correspondence I eventually received was rude, disrespectful and threatening. I took to the internet to in desperation to document my experience and was told that since I had done this I would not receive any refund. After repeated emails requesting a refund I was grudgingly offered 25% off my next treatment. Appalling, non-existent customer service. Would never recommend this place to anyone and would never go back myself. Avoid.
