Wish I had read these reviews before ordering - ordered the EMS foot massager in November (glad I only paid 1/2 price although I’ve since found out Amazon sell it for less !) it arrived early December and worked for about 2 weeks - was brilliant when it worked but now it won’t charge so is useless - do not buy from this company - have sent an email but having read other reviews I don’t hold up much hope of a reply or resolution to it not working :(

Doesn’t really deserve 1 star. AVOID at all cost!! I’m thinking they are purchasing damaged/ faulty stock and selling on, most reviews say that the item arrived in a used state box!!

The Ems foot pad is a waste of money. Paid $79NZD for a thin piece of foam rubber with an incomplete circuit. Have tried to contact 3 x for a solution, via email with no response.
DEFINITELY NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

They absolutely scammed me! Haven’t delivered the item and won’t return my money back. This isn’t a store it is a scam stay away!

bought a foot massage of this company going under the name avelity the day i order it i tried to cancel same day. sent emails of about 5 , got one reply then nothing until this week saying parcel being delivered. my doctor says they are a waste of money these machines, you might as well put your feet on the washing machine and that's coming from a professional person. and can't find an address to return it to or even get one of their website. it's a scam.

After ordering one of the foot massagers on the 7/12/2023, I found the same one cheaper so I emailed and told them I wanted to cancel and get my money back. They do not answer any emails at all, instead they suddenly sent me an email telling me the item was dispatched. it arrived on the 18/12/2023 looking like it was an item that had been returned and not working. A scam company

Very poor customer service. Shipped late by which time I asked for a cancellation. Not allowed. See cancellation policy. Arrived 3 weeks later from China. Asked to process a return. Return to an address in Las Vegas or don't return and pay a restocking fee of $15 Opted for option 2. Nothing since. No response. Emailing every few days. Any advice welcomed. The same product is half the price on Amazon. Buyer beware.

DO NOT buy anything from this company! They took money from my bank 29.10.23 for a footpad but I never received email confirmation. Spent weeks of writing through their customer contact site before I got a reply from a person named Joseph Vang asking what problem was!!! I’ve written back numerous times to his email which is never answered.
The item arrived out of the blue 28.11.23. Box damaged, very poor quality no return form or address!
I wrote and said I wanted to return the item for refund. A week later and still no response!
A very big con and they advertise on Instagram…so beware.
It appears from the reviews on this site I’m not the only person to be at their mercy!

Ordered this off facebook ad. Complete scam.
It came in a smushed box (important because for returns they say it must be in good condition which it never was). Item was broken. Mailed it back (cost $6) and no refund was received despite numerous attempts. Even the post office asked if the address was correct because it didn’t come up in their system.
Ultimately my credit card company gave me a refund but not for the shipping. Stressful, waste of time, lost money, fraud.

Further to my review of the 13 October and submitting more contact forms and emails I still have not received a reply, the item is now in the local landfill site. There seems to a few outlets that are posting with a similar product.

Blimey. Wish I had read these reviews before spending over £40 on a useless foot massager. Broken and not working on arrival, they don’t answer emails and I have been asking for a refund for months! AVOID!!!!

Should be zero stars. Foot massager was broken. Contacted them via email and took weeks for response. Was offered two options for refund, one was a return and one was a partial refund without return and postage costs. Confirmed the second and have heard nothing despite chasing a few times over a number of weeks. Take your money elsewhere and avoid these people at all costs. Useless!!!

I never got my product. This is a scam as far as I'm concerned.

Absolutely shocking sent it back as was broken foot massager didn't work sent loads of emails no reply asked for a refund over a month ago and still nothing

Its terrible arrived did not work nobody will talk to me Faebook should be ashamed totally ripped off for £40. Do not touch this compnay or product total rubbish and you will never see your money again!

Terrible product and an even terrible customer service. The product came broken and the customer service is unresponsive. The product looks extremely flimsy and definitely a waste of money. They are not ready to replace and even respond to emails. Stay away.

Yes, I agree with other reviewers. The EMS foot Massager did not work - very flimsy but even when fully charged there was no vibration. MY credit card company got me a refund but Serenoir are now contesting this. Fb adverts are dodgy and this product certainly is! Complete waste of money! Peter Nockles

I would give this a zero if I could! Absolute cheap, flimsy rubbish that doesn’t work. And their return policy is 50% for a restocking fee. I thought this would be a solid item but its a thin little rubber mat and the pulses don’t work. Tried to initiate a return, but no luck. SCAM!!!!

Rubbish product. Flimsy rubber mat with theortic printed circuit. No pulse or anything to be felt. Remote didn't work. Crazy price too.

Item arrived in flimsy box. No instructions or suggestions on what each setting works well for.
I felt it really helped my feet after suffering massively with plantur faciatus but after just two weeks, the charger does nothing, the lights work but there is now zero pulse. I’ve commented on their Facebook and no reply. They seem to only reply to those asking how much it is or where it can be bought from. I’ve sent three emails and no reply DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
