We have booked regular sessions of Laughter Yoga, Bollywood, and Fun with Puppets with Sara, after experiencing a one off workshop at the Kaleidoscope festival, Storyhouse theatre, Chester. Our group of young adults with learning disabilities and/or neurodiversity have had positive outcomes for their wellbeing and confidence levels, since taking part in the sessions and Sara has built a good rapport with the group. We are very happy with the laughter yoga sessions and would recommend to other groups.

I attended a laughing yoga session at 9.15 on a Sunday morning. There's not much making me laugh at 9.15 on a Sunday morning. Sara not only succeeded, she opened my eyes to the therapeutic benefits of laughter. It was uplifting, genuinely endorphin boosting and a cardio workout to boot. I loved it! I recommend it wholeheartedly - if nothing else, it really is a proper laugh!!!

My experience was amazing having my first laughter yoga session with Sara being really encouraging made me feel at ease in to which I felt more confident I couldn't stop laughing during every task I felt so much better in myself than I expected. Thanks Sara for delivering a fantastic laughter yoga 'taster' session for our community group. Very thoughtful, gentle and enthusiastic approach for an older audience. If there were any sceptics, I'm sure you won them over! You created a lovely atmosphere in the room, whereby our members felt comfortable taking part in something they'd never done before. I think everyone enjoyed the workshop, much more than expected, which was great. It certainly created a good talking point and people told me their favourite activity was the Bollywood Laughter Dancing which pretty much everyone threw themselves into. Thank you so much for these, they have made such a difference to what hasn't been a particularly easy week. I thought I'd feel very silly laughing away on my own but it happens so spontaneously after the gradual build up that I don't feel awkward at all and the boost of enthusiasm and positivity stays with me all day and puts a spring in my step. 😃
