Great communications, excellent secure packaging and speedy delivery. And, most importantly, the Original HD Table Lights we bought exceeded our expectations. They really do deliver what is says "on the can".
Bought as a present for someone else, yet to be given on the occasion of their birthday
I did not realise how heavy it is
Antwort von Serious Readers
Hi. I designed it to be deliberately heavy to facilitate single-handed operation. Just get in touch of you'd like to swap for the lightweight or HD Pro models. Thanks for sharing. Alex (Pratt) Founder
It is a very efficient table lamp but depending on the use one intends the floor mounted one may be more appropriate.

We are often told by owners that the difference better the light can make can be unexpected and transformational, which sounds like what you have experienced. Thank you for sharing the difference made. All the best. Alex (Pratt) Founder
Neat compact item-not too showy, brings very bright light to the spot you need it. Very simple to use and adjust. Very fast delivery.

Hi Kevin. Very pleased to be of help. Thanks for sharing. All the best Alex (Pratt) Founder
From the moment I opened the box the HD table lamp literally "shone"! The build quality and the lamps design is outstanding, I love the heavy base and the controls are simple but very stylish, but when you turn it on adjusting the dimmer and beam width to suit your preference I can honestly say it was well worth the money! Well done Serious Reader!

Hi Steve. I'm delighted you are pleased. We know what we do is a considered purchase in a sea of junk light but it really does make a big difference. Thank you for noticing some of the detail we go to so as to give people the best possible light. All the best. Alex (Pratt) Founder
My wife was struggling to read with an ordinary table lamp so, having read many positive reviews,we decided to invest in a 'Serious Readers ' lamp and, voilà, no more struggling just clear print that jumps off the page... would definitely recommend ! Ross Gilmour

Hi Ross. Thanks for taking the plunge and seeing the difference it makes with your own eyes. I'm glad your light is making a big difference. All the best Alex (Pratt) Founder
Very versatile, gives a bright, directional light . but I’m not sure I’d buy another. It’s not very attractive, more of a utility light and although the base is heavy I find I have to hold it down when positioning the beam.

Thanks for sharing Gill. The email I received before this was from a customer who loved the minimalist design. I guess beauty is in the eye of every beholder . Our thing is creating tools for people who really need or want serious help to see and feel better. It is definitely a utility light. They are built to be used a lot and to last. More tools than items of furniture. I hope you come to love it over time and that your light makes a big difference for many years. Thanks again. Alex (Pratt) Founder
