It's a pretty good service, even when compared with paid hosting plans. Has very decent speed, it can handle its fair share of visitors and you can install pretty much whatever you need. Just don't use for emails or they won't really get far.

I was trying to look for a free web hosting that would allow me to have a local database with permissions to create functions and stored procedures as well as the management of the JSON data type, that had HTTP Outgoing Connections enabled and with the management of Cron Jobs. I found many free web hosting but they all had restrictions, until I found serv00.com

Замечательный хостинг. Можно запустить всё. Ну или почти. По сути, дают no-root vps, с freebsd.
Места маловато, конечно, но, думаю, будете расширяться )
По сравнению с byet-hosting/x10hosting - рай.

P.S.
По улучшениям: надо б добавить возможность расширения места, если текущего мало, а то даже апгрейда нет - в таких рамках развивающийся сайт может погибнуть. Потом, надо б добавить выбор версий mysql/postgresql/etc, а то старые большие проекты иногда не запустить, а доделывать никак не выйдет. Ну и сделайте полноценный мини-vps, поскольку бесплатные файлохранилища, которые можно смонтировать как диск и писать данные туда, монтируются только под root.
