I called in for an electric and washer problem and…

I called in for an electric problem and a washing machine problem. Neither was fixed. A technician came for the electric and charged me an extra $130 that I wasn't made aware of but did not fix the problem. Instead I was told to buy a new light because he wasn't going to climb up to my light to diagnose the problem. I ended up getting an electrician to fix my problem, which was another $200 out of my pocket. I was provided a technician over video chat to deal with my washer which also was not fixed. Definitely not a good experience with my first 2 issues. Not sure if I should cancel and try a different company

I purchased contract with hopes of…

I purchased contract with hopes of quality service. The ac repair is still calling about unpaid account (July2025 to present April2026). The service was not complete with two additional services. Still pending is $200 voucher for septic tank. The ventilation was never complete, assess and ordered for bathroom. I still need answers about my referral (another person paid contract 3 years). The Customer Service is extremely slower and worser than American Shield HW and Choice HW.

Service Plus warranty company is a fraud.

Service Plus warranty company is a fraud. They increase my premium yearly without notifying me. Most of the items they said they cover are big lies. My two claims for my electrical system and cooktop were declined. This is after paying $200 for the service calls. These are the issues I discussed with the company before signing up with them. The company only covers minor repairs. The representatives are the worst in customer service. The company should be investigated.

don't every buy any Policy from this company. I had four claims with this company and had PROBLEMS with all of them! It seem that no servicing company will work them!

fail to receive check for refrigerator replacement! and when called i was told that i had to wait 90 days and see if i get the check or request a replacement check which take longer. why would it take longer to receive a replace check? If you guys can't do a better job than that you should close you doors and refund all of my money.

Poorest Service…

I have several properties under Service Plus Home Warranty, this time and every time I put in a claim it takes several day to process, and the first answer is NO! The next answer is there is no service provider available. This current claim I was told they would process my claim because I hadn't paid a service fee to a claim from Sept 2025. I call the provider he said you paid, they didn't pay. So I'm still waiting for service this time, I think this day 6, and 2 manager and 2 customer preps

Called with a sewer blockage problem

Called with a sewer blockage problem. I was told they were having problems finding a contractor. Had searched within a 75-mile radius and could not find one. I found one who was local and available. Cost was agreed to be $250. ServicePlus would pay this amount less my $75 deductible. I asked when I could expect payment and was told it would take 8 weeks. 8 weeks later, on 3/20/26, I was advised by 'finance' that they were having problems and would take care of it as soon as possible. Make me wonder if this is a viable service? Will getting my out of pocket expenses ever happen? What about the remaining 9 months of my contract period?
