Tog över en månad att få en T-shirt som…
Tog över en månad att få en T-shirt som jag beställde.
Ingen information och lång väntan på mail svar.
När jag ifrågasatte varför min beställning inte kom, hade de helt plötsligt tyckt att T-shirten inte levde upp till ställda krav och sänt åter den.
Hade något förmedlat den informationen till mig som kund?
Svar, nej!
Massa undanflykter samt utlovade att betala frakten åter till mig, det har de inte gjort.
Jag krävde pengar åter, har inte fått det.
Som sagt så svarar de när de känner för det och över en månad att få beställningen.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Received my mug as ordered but after about 4 weeks (the mug had only been used 7/8 times) the handle broke on it. I emailed to complain and received a reply back quite quickly asking for photos which I sent. Since then (approx 3 weeks now) I've been constantly chasing for replies and only received two saying we will be in contact soon but they never do. Incredibly poor service. I'd strongly advise you don't order from them.

The quality of my 2shirts were excellent. The price was just right, and the turn around time from placing the order to delivery was 10 days. A great product at a great price and outstanding service...who could ask for more?

Still no delivery
Ordered a single T-Shirt on the 11th of December, nothing clearly stated during purchase that their "shutoff" date for Christmas delivery was the 6th!! The 6th? Come on. It is now the 2nd of January and still no delivery. Tracking number provided does nothing either.
Edit: I only received my t shirt 3 days after i demanded a refund which is suspicious. No contact from them, nearly a month to get a t shirt. Dreadful.

I got the product
I got the product, but it took quite some time. The link sent to me with my order confirmation and tracking number did not work. After some time when the package did not arrive I emailed the company to find out what was happening. I got a reasonably prompt response, which included another tracking link, which worked and the product arrived within a week after the communication. I was happy to receive it.
The product was what was expected. It fitted and will meet the purpose it was purchased for. Thank you.
