Living in a small flat can be challenging but the Oakland Faux leather 2seater sofa is the perfect size for everyday use offering comfortable seating for 2. It doesn't take up a ton of space which is crucial in a small apartment. Absolute perfection for someone living in a small place

Delivery was a nightmare to be honest! The delivery company and Sestra Living seemed to be speaking different languages. 2 missed appointments and 10 days later my sofa arrived! Worth the wait if you ask me. This Oakland sofa suite is more than value for money!!! Can’t believe the size of the sofas! I am happy and I recommend the Oakland suite to anyone who wants a bargain!

The customer service team is on point. I had responses to all my enquiries within a minute each time. Don't know how you do it but I love it. So excited to receive my order. The sofa itself is great! The oakland corner in brown is a room feature! Thank you Sestra!

Have been waiting months for a sofa to arrive with every call or chat with an advisor saying no delivery date scheduled but definitely this or next week for the past month. Would not order from here again. Requested a refund. Then we got a call saying the sofa would be delivered to which we stated we had cancelled. They tried to put us off by saying that it would take a long time as there is a long queue of people waiting for refunds. We stood our ground. Despite this, we got a text the next day saying the sofa would be delivered which we accepted thinking maybe it would be quicker than a refund. Waited in all day Saturday for no sofa to arrive. We spoke to customer services who said they had spoken to the colleague who sent us the text who had said that we had told them we no longer needed the sofa (a clear lie as we have proof of the exchange). I would not recommend at all. Never had an issue with a company before. Exceptionally poor customer service and misleading customers continuously is not acceptable especially providing false accounts. Breached GDPR too as they sent an email to us with other customer details including email addresses in.

Ordered for my elderly parents and the service is top tier. Quality products. My parents love their furniture. Their communication for delivery was good. They went out of their way with unpacking and even helped with placement and assembling. I dont know if this was standard for their service but it was appreciated.

The delivery came on the day I requested, with two guys who took care of the assembly and even took away the packaging so I didn’t need to worry about that. Such a well rounded service, appreciate it. Hassle free and will use them again in future when I need anything else.

Initial scepticism based on the reviews on Trust Pilot…. But within 10 days I received my sofa. I ordered the oakland plush velvet sofa. The material is so soft and ‘velvety’. It’s so gorgeous, I’m even considering buying the corner sofa as well to entirely fill up my living room with this beautiful sofa. It’s a classy signature all on its own and the teal looks great.

Got a gorgeous corner sofa that fit perfectly in my living room corner. I called in to customer service to get the exact measurements of the sofa and compared it against my wall measurements. So glad I did that because when it was delivered it lined up perfectly!

Great sofa at a great price

I recently purchased the Chicago jumbo cord sofa. Seemed a bit risky buying from a store with a few recent negative reviews but I figured we all gotta start somewhere as I’ve had some really good experiences with small companies in the past. Honestly it was a great choice and I couldn’t be happier. The product quality is exceptional and the cushions are so comfortable. Sturdy build overall. Definitely worth the price. I’d recommend a 1000 times over.

Our sofas were promptly delivered as told they would be. Tendayi was the most polite, helpful man we've ever had delivering to us. He ensured the sofas were all checked, unpacked, put together and in situ, and that was after driving all night to deliver them. I would certainly recommend his business to everyone. The sofas are also of an amazing quality.
