I then spoke with Alex, who explained each part of the agreement in plain English, making sure I fully understood everything before moving forward. This made what is a pretty stressful and unpleasant process feel much more manageable.
What stood out most was how approachable and supportive Alex was throughout. No question ever felt like too much. Everything was handled efficiently, without unnecessary back and forth, which I really appreciated given the circumstances.
