Matt Yates (Severn Sparks Ltd, Gloucester) had recently installed a Hypervolt EV charger and we were really pleased with the work.
We recently decided that our 40+ yr old fuse board needed upgrading. We discussed this with Matt, who was most helpful.
He provided a advice, then a very competitive quote, booked us in, arrived on time, and carried out the work and testing of new kit very efficiently.
(While Matt was installing the new equipment, we had no power, so we used the V2L on the EV to provide power to key equipment in the house, eg router, laptops, kettle, etc - brilliant).
The same evening we promptly received all the paperwork and compliance certificates from Matt, and an immediate payment was made.
Matt was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and most of all, very professional in all that he did.
We were delighted with the outcome of both jobs, and will be contacting him the next time we need any electrical work carried out. Thank you Matt.

Severn Sparks, Matt, came highly recommended for the quality of his services, professionalism, time-keeping and importantly communication skills.

Matt has an easy going and helpful disposition. Matt got on with assessing the technical requirements of the survey and then kindly provided helpful, objective, advice and guidance on the various recommended car chargers on the market.

The Hypervolt came out top in the Auto Express car charger review in 2022, and Matt said he had fitted many; we particularly Iike the specification and it looks and performs great too.

There were 3 reasons for the booking, Matt came over really well, plus Matt could meet our timeliness need, and importantly the price and was consistent with our expectations.

A great job with excellent service assurance, expeditious administration with post-documentation such as the building regulations, and good early communications when running a few minutes late, literally only 15minutes too.

We hope to have other work done on our house by Matt and Severn Sparks.
