Honestly, the shipping experience was great. Sent my daughter’s boots from US to UK on Thursday, they arrived by Tuesday. The only error I made was trying to take an existing shoe box into FedEx and they wouldn’t ship in that box. I got one of their boxes, which was bigger and heavier, paid about $25 more and we were good to go!

The process was smooth - someone from SFLWorldwide contacted me to confirm and share the airwaybill information and it was as simple as dropping off at the nearest dropoff location. As soon as I created the air bill and made the payment, someone called to confirm the details and emailed me the airbill. Fedex at a great discount. I had a question, and someone answered and cleared it right away. This will be my go to shipping company for all my shipping.

This company is great I was trying to send some Christmas gifts to my niece in the uk and ups and fedx wanted to share me over 500 dollars for an 8lbs package. Sfl was able to do it for about 50$. The staff member that contacted me was very helpful as well and walked me thru process so I was able to ship my package and have it arrive before Christmas.
