Delivery on purchases slow and sizing inconsistent - what is the correct size is not the same for a different garment.
Returns even worse; according to Royal Mail a return was received by them 10 days ago but I have still not received acknowledgement of receipt, let alone a refund on my credit card.
This is unlike other companies in a similar sector like The Cotswold Company and Arcteryx, who kept me updated on both sales and returns - refunds issued within a week.
