we were previous customers with Shades Blinds and had no hesitation in using them again.. no pushy sales techniques and were very happy with price quoted for Conservatory blinds.. John did a great job fitting them and was very friendly and chatty lolol.. big thanks again to Shades for a job well done 👍 👏

I am over the moon with the bathroom blind i bought from booking an appointment to get measured right up to picking what i wanted and getting it fitted. Will be ordering again soon for my dads windows

Garry came out to measure the whole house for blinds very respectable and chatty ,he gave us lots of samples for the blinds and tapes to choose from the whole experience was pleasant the price was lower than we expected I'm very pleased with how this company communicated with us I would definitely recommend Shades Blinds

Going on holiday tomorrow and blinds due fitted today. Just had a call to say they can't be fitted as blind fitter phoned in sick. People can can get sick but I now have to go away and leave my windows with no covering. Shades say they understand my situation but obviously they do not. So now they have my money but I don't have the goods do they not have anything in place when someone goes off sick. Very bad service won't be using them again

The guy from Shades blinds who came this morning to take measurements for my other windows was extremely rude and disrespectful. The way he spoke to me was completely unprofessional and lacked basic manners and respect. Instead of listening properly, he just kept arguing the whole time.

He also seemed to be in such a rush that he simply gave his quotation and did not bother discussing anything properly. When I told him that I would leave bad reviews because of his behaviour , he replied, “Yeah,yeah, sure, joshua murrey, definitely do it.”

Very disappointing customer service and attitude.

I wrote a review about 3 months ago just felt it was fair to update my review because of recent changes.
i bought blinds 7 months ago. firstly the blinds didn’t fit although made to measure. After a very unpleasant experience with one of the salesman/ fitter. i told him not to contact me again he called me a liar. Never in my life have I employed somebody for a service and be spoken into the way he did. Eventually, a second blind was made and put up it was worse than first blind. The sent out a really professional guy who was lovely and agreed that the blinds were bowed . there was one member of staff Danny in Office who did everything his power to solve problem eventually after much stress and time-consuming seven months in total I got my money back but after the blinds came down there was holes in my walls that had just been painted the blinds that had been fitted hadn’t been done correctly raw plugs.
massive damage so cost me to get decorator in again to fix !! so cost me more money for both windows to be repaired. the stress this situation cost me was unbelievable. i had to constantly chase the company up was told a whole lot of different stories. nightmare. don’t know what happened to this company as they put blinds up in my conservatory and was pleased. personally, I would advise people against using this company.

Love my shutters but one fell off the wall within 3 months and another fell off 2 years after being installed. I have now been waiting 4 months to have it repaired. Difficult to get someone to speak to and, although they promise to call back, they never do. Customer service is appalling.
