I had an overall great experience. I ordered two iPhone 17 Pro Max phones along with a couple of tripods and one mic. All the items were in perfect condition, and worked flawlessly - the iPhones were brand new. The delivery team went above and beyond to ensure the products reached me on time, which I really appreciated. Everything about the process felt smooth and seamless, and it’s fantastic to have such a reliable option where you can rent, receive, and use high-quality products so easily.

My only feedback would be to streamline the communication process before order confirmation. I had a few anxious moments not knowing whether my order would be delivered on time, especially since I was on a tight schedule. A bit more clarity and proactive updates would make the experience even better.

Whatever i ordered came on time, this is probably the best place you can rest this isnt fake im a customer and this is genuinely good for renting riding stuff especially they provide and deliver right on time.

I booked the camera just two days before my trip but the camera wasn't available at that time, so they instead sent me an better camera for the same price I paid

Also I like how they deliver the camera a day before and pickup a day later

I never felt regretful for choosing to rent from here rather than my trek team. I was so skeptical after reading the bad reviews on reddit, but this proved it all wrong. There wasn't one point when I asked them or called and they did t fully answer my queries and reassure me. I could smell the disinfectants from the outside of the bag too.
