I just completed my SVQ3 program with Tracy and all through the duration, Tracy was with me at every step of the way. She never left me stranded; whenever she gives me assessment to do, if there’s any error with my answers; she makes sure to give a review and lead me in the path while also ensuring that I do my assessment to the best of my abilities.

She made sure to point out to me that I could always reach out to her incase I encounter any difficulty in the process and that singular act made my journey with her so seamless. She would always interact with me and let me when and when not she will be available. Her experiences and knowledge are second to none.

I’m so happy that I did my SVQ 3 with her and I’m hoping to come back again for the next one. I’m forever grateful and thankful for your guidance and encouragement. Thank you Tracy.

I had the pleasure of having Tracy as my SVQ Level 4 assessor and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to support me through the qualification.Tracy was incredibly patient, understanding and encouraging throughout the entire process. There were times when I struggled to meet deadlines due to personal circumstances, but she never made me feel judged or pressured. Instead, she offered reassurance, motivation and the support I needed to keep going and complete my qualification.

Her communication was always excellent. She was approachable, responsive and explained everything clearly, making the assessment process much less overwhelming.
