Everyone seemed happy to help and happy to get things moving along quickly. Slow downs in the process were my own misunderstandings really as one email said someone would call within the next day, I actually had to email back to find out what was going on.

Cher was absolutely amazing in helping my me with my insurance. I was impressed with the high level of communication and service. Cher made everything so easy for me and the quote was half the price of other providers.

Emily was lovely and cleared up some questions I had regarding my insurance renewal and I decided to pay it in full instead of getting finance and Emily made this very simple for me to do and had quick response to or emails going back and forth

Cher-marie has been invaluable in helping me navigate finding the best solution for an insurance policy for our business set up and specific requirements. She was more than happy to explain and chop and change what we needed in our policy to suit us.

As feedback, I found the online payment process more difficult than expected because some of the information fields were not automatically populated. This meant I had to contact your office for assistance, which caused unnecessary delays. It would be helpful if these details could be pre-filled where possible to make the process quicker and easier for customers.

Got short term camera and lighting equipment insurance. Applied on the Thursday and was all done before the weekend, ready for the shoot on the Monday. Price was very competitive, much better than other prices we were quoted.

I’ve used Sharrocks Insurance since I started my business and have always been impressed with their great prices and excellent communication. I had to take a month’s break from my business, so I didn’t renew my policy straight away. When I was ready to start again, they made setting up a new policy quick and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful on the phone, as always. Highly recommended.
