when i started my journey I didn't know anything about code but now I know the basics and I am excited with journey ahead of me with SheCodes.

I honestly never thought I would learn to code. This course changed everything I believed I was capable of accomplishing! Matt and the SheCodes team built up my confidence to learn new skills, ultimately opening new doors of opportunity!

The workshop was easy to follow and I enjoyed the new challenge of creating some pages. I loved that the content was broken into smaller videos making it easy to fit lessons in between other commitments.

Got a blank screen when I tried to access the beginners' class. Not a problem on my end, my connection was good and I tried different browsers. Also cleared my cache.
No instant chat function so I couldn't get any assistance in the moment, I had to fill out an old fashioned contact form where they will email me back no doubt well after the class has ended.
Thankfully, the class was free but my time was wasted.

My SheCodes experience has been incredibly helpful, and I'm learning so much more than I expected. I had some prior experience with coding years ago, but this course has really helped me reconnect with those skills and take them to next level. It's definitely been challenging, but also fun and engaging at the same time. What surprises me most is how rewarding it feels to look back and see how far I have come in just three weeks. Python coding is a great tool to add to my skillset. Hence, I enrolled in this class to learn the basics. At my workplace, I've already started coding small projects (succesfully whoo!), though the basics I learned were far from what I need at my job (btw I need to use pyvisa, panda etc.) I have the basics to get me started, I just need to lookup the proper syntax, some googling and reading scpi commands from the manuals. This is great for beginners and completely digestible! AI tool is great but without knowing the basics, it's like driving an autopilot car without knowing how to drive. Happy coding!

Each challenge taught me something new and slowly, everything started to make sense. When I started the SheCodes Basics workshop, I was a little frustrated because I thought I couldn't do it. As I continued to practice and follow the lessons each week, I gradually gained confidence. I'm so glad I stuck with it and completed the workshop. It was definitely worth the time and effort. The skills I gained and the confidence I built have made a real difference in my coding journey.

After working as chef/recipe developer for 15 + years, I felt it was time for a career change. I had never considered a move into the tech world, but after Matt's free 1 hour workshop, it peeked my interest. With next to no IT knowledge going in, I found the course and lessons engaging, clear and easy to follow. I liked that you where encouraged to find solutions for yourself and to bring your own creativity within the requirements of the final project. Overall a good experience and I'm eager to continue my coding journey.
