Called this company last Friday night 6pm - locked out of my home on a cold dark rainy night. They responded immediately and kept me up to date via phone on their expected arrival time - they quoted me for the job on the phone - very reasonable rates. Two guys worked for a long time in freezing temperatures to get me back in my home. Thank you!

I'm very grateful for this service which contrasted sharply to the company I called just before I contacted Shefflock who said on their website that they offered a 24/7 response. This was not so! When I asked them to come and help there response was "Oh no, we're not coming out now!!"

Kevin turned up on time. Provided a quote once he'd established what was wrong with my door which was cheaper than I'd expected after doing a bit of research on the internet. Sorted the door out quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Showed me the damaged part and the new part as he was fitting it. Would recommend.

I have very happy to recommend Shefflock as a locksmith in the South Yorkshire.
They offer a very personal service that provides sound advice and sell their quality products to their customers needs.
They are able to fit their locks the same day and their work is efficient, tidy and to a very good standard.
Shefflocks after care is very impressive and they fully explain how keys can be registered, how duplicate keys can be obtained and how the guarantees operate on their products.
In summary they are a very professional company that provide a quality service.

After an attempted break-in via snapping my euro cylinder lock, ShefLOCK turned up within two hours (I'm based in east Doncaster) and fitted Ultion Locks and secured by design handles. Very thorough with their explanations and careful with installation including cleaning up after themselves

After an attempted break in through the French doors I phoned Shefflocks and spoke to Kevin at 1.30 Sunday afternoon. By 4.30 Kevin had arrived and an hour later all locks and handles had been replaced making us feel much safer. Great service from a top local company!

Excellent service. The guys came out and surveyed the existing lock and other security elements and then advised on the best course of action. I ended up replacing the locks on all of the external doors which were replaced at the same time. They also altered the doors which were catching so they close much better now. 100% i would recommend this company.
