Good communication and fair assessments from the Shepper team. The process is smooth, and support is responsive, but job availability can be limited at times. Would love to see more consistent work popping up!

Prompt response time and clear instructions.

I am delighted to be part of Shepper. The tasks are interesting and varied and a great sway of earning some extra pennies. The staff are super helpful and very accommodating and understanding.

Whenever I need extra cash I pick up a couple of jobs from this app. Feels like a money glitch at times. 5 stars!

Overall happy with Shepper. Great way to earn a little extra, you get to choose the tasks and when. Good variety of tasks available, good support when required and funds transferred to your bank account.

Horrible company!!! Different rules every time you send in a job. Help desk team are so rude.

Brilliant company. Helpful and efficient.
Been with Shepper for a few years now. Never had a problem.

Great range of jobs, professional put together. Fantastic support team to help with queries and additional information. App is very informative and easy to use.

Having been working with Shepper for exactly 12 months I have found it a useful add on income. The app is very good and my only criticisms are that sometimes the briefs are unclear, some jobs take much longer than forecast and support is sometimes slow in responding. Overall very good

It’s the best app for those who love a side quest no two days are the same but overall the easiest money making app to exist thank you Shepper

Really good to earn an extra income and the review team are really friendly

I have been a member of shepper since Covid. I have found the CS staff to be helpful, informative & supportive.

Being a Shepper can be an interesting role for those who enjoy evaluating and report writing about the customer service that companies provide. Sheppers are able to pick and choose the jobs that suit personal circumstances offering variety and flexibility and payment for successful tasks completed is promoted. The details of the tasks that need to be completed are clearly defined and is a very insight into the operation of service provided from the point of view of a customer

Very user friendly app, quick support when needed, great selection of jobs.

I joined Shepper in march as a way to earn some extra money I have to say from all the apps I use Shepper is great , huge variety of jobs Decent rewards for the jobs, and great communication from support. Money gets paid into bank quite fast compared to other apps. Overall I love it and would highly recommend it.

Good variety of work whether it be covert or interactive. The brief is straightforward, payment also super quick. Quite a few locations near me to choose from. Absolutely love it as I can fit this around my everyday schedule.

Very helpful staff. Jobs are clear and quickly approved. While some jobs could do with a pay rise, overall, a brilliant company

Really recommend Shepper. Great way to earn some extra cash, super convenient & lots of choice of tasks. Shepper always respond promptly if you have query & do everything to help you complete the task.

I have been using Shepper to earn a bit of extra income as a student, and it has been a game-changer! The tasks are well laid out, the support staff are so lovely, and there are a good amount of tasks in a close range so you can get a little extra pocket money rounded up really fast if you put in the work. I particularly love the m and s cafe secret shopping, as you get paid to eat some delicious food!

I joined Shepper in November and have already earned £160 from a few shops each week. The team are really helpful and quick to review. I like that there is a variety of jobs and more in my area than other MS companies. Company recommended!
