I ordered a Disney anniversary pen. Pictured it was a beautiful pen, gold with a really nice Mickey on it. What I got was a cheap fake Mickey pen. I wrote them and they sent me another Mickey pen that was different from the first but just as cheap. I finally received a refund with the help of PayPal.

Complete garbage. I ordered a pen. It was to be embossed A few stickers on a crappy pen

I strongly advise against purchasing from Skicloth.com.

The products I received were nothing like the descriptions or photos on the website. Items labeled with the same size (L / M) were clearly different in actual measurements, making most of them unusable. One pair of leggings was made of thin, see-through fabric, and several items lacked basic product information such as material composition or country of origin.

I contacted customer service multiple times, provided photos, and clearly explained the issues. Instead of issuing a proper refund, they repeatedly claimed the items were “correct,” suggested that I give the products to other people, and offered small compensation amounts ($12 → $18 → $23 → $28) to make the problem go away.

This is not how a legitimate business handles defective or non-conforming products. The refusal to honor a refund despite clear evidence is unacceptable.

I have escalated the matter through my card issuer and consumer protection authorities. Based on my experience, this company does not stand behind its products or its policies.

Buyer beware.

Ordered a pair of crossover jeans, I received a pair of jeans totally different to what I ordered. A waste of 60AUS$.

I ordered the overlap boyfriend jeans and they are NOTHING like the picture and are horrible!! The quality is a mess!! I wouldn’t put these on a dog!!!😡😡😡 It’s so sad that you would SCAM people like this!! This will be reported!!

Worst site ever. What a laugh. Ordered and never received. Giving them one star us too much. I wrote to them. They said wait a few days while they track my order. Ha!

Everything in the pictures, you get a very poor quality garment, not linen or cotton, everything is fake, it's a real shame

0 if I could .. false advertising .. what you see and purchase is not what you get.. poor quality .. immediately went into the donation box..

This company is a fraud, I was going to order afew items thn my credit card company warned me and the paiment did not go through, so I thought: „ok, that is fine“. For some reason it the paiment did go through and the items arrived without me getting a order confirmation. Nothing looks like on the picture. Instead of cotton or linen, the shirts are out of cheap polyester, awful material and none of the seizes are correct- way too big. I complaint and wanted to send the items back but the shipping cost to some dubios apartment in Hong Kong is almost what I paid. I asked for the initial order confirmation, they never answered or send that to me.it seems like a AI is answering you because they never refer to my questions and keep on repeating themselves. It is annoying and tiring- the whole order is nothing worth than garbage. I cannot believe they can get away with this. They use other peoples‘s designs and their photography. Just awful!

The items are extremely low quality (very expensive for the quality you receive) and some of them have nothing to do with the items you purchased. Not at all like the items you see in the pictures.
And it took 1 month and a half to arrive.
This is a scam. Don't buy!

Poor quality clothes, and 1 item still has not been delivered after months and months. Chasing it they keep saying they will deliver it soon, and asking for a refund they ask for 15% of the price as an admin fee.

The clothes are terrible, ordered a blue shirt, got black, shirts have a bad cut, all going won’t wear any of it. Wasted my hard earned money. Jeans are so bad

What a nightmare - because I went on their site once I am constantly getting emails from them (2 a day) - I have unsubscribe about 10 times. I sent them an email asking them to stop doing in and got a response saying 'do you have an order number so we can help you check it'. Really terrible company - if only there were no stars to give.

DO NOT ORDER, totally sham, waited a month to receive, totally not as described, fabric is not "linen" but cheap Halloween costume! Will have to pay to ship back and wait for my $90 refund for this total crap. A BIG SCAM BOY DO I FEEL STUPID DON'T ORDER

I ordered 3 items on February 26, 2024. Two items arrived today, neither of which were items I ordered. I was told I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee, including for trying the cancel the third item which has not even shipped. The Items that I received were made of material used in children's Halloween costumes. They are made of artificial materials and the sizes are completely wrong. Neither is a small. I have long arms, the sleeves are about 6 inches longer than my arms, not in a good way.
