Stuti from Shield Your Body is beyond professional and fully present and SYB is very lucky to have such a dedicated team member taking care of their customers. I personally had a series of back-and-forths with Stuti and felt very lucky myself to get someone as helpful as well as knowledgable, not to mention quick to respond and very good to work with throughout. This is top-notch customer service in action and that is getting rarer and rarer these days. But it tells me that this is a company who respects their customers enough to put together a strong team of people behind the scenes to make sure everything continues to run smoothly. I feel appreciated. And I know I will be able to be a long-term customer here with that kind of support. My family's many thanks to all of the good people at SYB and especially to Stuti, for all of the time, consideration, and help with my orders so far. Best Customer Service ever
I have used SYB products for several years now. They are all high quality - I would recommend every one that I use. Recently, I started having an issue with the H.A.R.D device. Sarah stayed in touch during the troubleshooting process and the end result was better than I could have hoped for. I am impressed with her commitment to finding a solution for me. It's a rare thing these days to be so well looked after. Thank you Sarah.

Absolutely not pleased that I have a fee of £76.31 to pay, when I have ordered from them before and never had to pay a fee. Will be unsubscribing and not ordering from here again. Why not send everything separately like the router blocker, I didn't have to pay a fee for that.

Great idea, disappointing customer experience
I really support SYB’s mission protecting against radiation is important, and their products seem thoughtful. But my customer experience was unfortunately frustrating.
I ordered two items:
– A screen protector for iPhone 13, but received one for iPhone 13 Mini completely unusable.
– EMF-free headphones, one of which was completely non-functional. And yes, I tested them with a proper adapter. The issue was not compatibility but faulty hardware.
Due to illness (which I offered documentation for), I wasn’t able to initiate a return right away. When I reached out shortly after the policy window, I was met with rigid copy-paste responses, zero flexibility, and no willingness to acknowledge a genuine situation.
I’m not someone who abuses return policies, I explained clearly, remained respectful, and only asked for fairness. Instead, I was treated like a number.
SYB’s ideas are valuable. But if you don’t treat your customers as real people, the mission loses its meaning.

Amazing! Customer service email personnel are knowledgeable, thorough, concise, and polite! They even sent another email about an item coming later. Overall, very good service. Haven’t gotten this good a service in a ling time during the plandemic!
Sound failure and a Happy ending
Well I had a sound failure the other day w the head set. I asked SYB if they could help me out. They responded w a couple trouble shooting tips and I frowned at that but I gave it a go. The problem was the right ear plug lost volume out of the blue for no evident reason to me. I said to myself I’ll try the tips recommended, but I was leery that they would prove anything. The problem was the hearing out of the right side ear plug just stopped giving any sound. Well what a surprise that trouble shooting tip # two proved to show the problem wasn’t the head set but the problem is the adapter I was using. I switched to another adapter and the head set is fine. Thank you SYB

I placed an order for several hundred dollars of merchandise. Weeks have gone by, and the merchandise has not shipped. Merchant is unresponsive beyond the occasional banalities.

The Faraday cases turned out to be too small for my droid which has an otter box.
I need to return merchandise within their 30 day period but need an RMA number before returning items. Received it today so we shall see.
