Excellent Communication, Customization, and Support
We’ve had a fantastic experience working with ShipHype for our e-commerce fulfillment needs. As a 3PL partner, they’ve really stood out for a few key reasons. First, having a dedicated account manager we could message anytime and get quick, clear responses from was a game-changer.
We also loved the flexibility they offered. For instance, we could opt out of certain carriers like Ontrac if we preferred not to use them. That’s a level of customization we know not every 3PL offers.
Overall, they were just incredibly thorough and professional throughout the process, and we felt very confident in their ability to handle our fulfillment. Five stars from us!

And then the team behind the platform is really professional and gives you the peace of mind that you need in order to focus on other things. They deliver, they do it fast and accurate. Really good under pressure as well.

We've been using Shiphype services for a while now and so far everything has been very well. Our account manager Maathushan is a pleasure to work with, very professional and friendly at the same time. From receiving to fulfillment things go smoothly which makes life easier for everyone.
Great customer service, systems, and speed for requests
I used ShipHype for warehousing our inventory as well as shipping out to Amazon, Walmart.com and some individual orders to customers. They seem to have good systems in place. The customer service representatives that help processing requests were fast in responding and always professional. We used them for polybagging our items and they did not take long to do the polybagging. In fact, none of the requests ever took longer than expected.
The only cons worth mentioning is that they aren’t exactly the cheapest. There’s a $200 per month software fee. But, good service should cost slightly more than expected. We did also have a couple of shipments where a case label got put on the wrong box leading to Amazon receiving the inventory under the wrong listing. This was hopefully something that will be addressed as it’s the only real flaw.

Account managers are very helpful and deliver the tasks on time.
I would say that if you are a small seller it might not be for you as there is a monthly fee but if you are a seller with a large number of boxes every year, it is the perfect warehouse as they are professional.
