I recently had root canal treatment with Mohamed Sherif Ismall from my first meeting with Mr Ismall I was made to feel listened too my endless questions were answered with patience and honesty I was nervous about the procedure but I was completely put at ease and ready to face my treatment. My treatment was done in a caring environment and I was pleasantly surprised by how well it all went I have nothing but praise for Mr Ismall.

Root Canal Referral
I was referred to Shiraz Endo for specialist root canal treatment, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From my first contact with the practice, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional. They helped put me at ease and were always courteous and helpful when answering questions and arranging appointments.
During my consultation, Dr Chris Burn took the time to explain exactly what treatment was required, how long it would take, and the associated costs, ensuring I was fully informed and comfortable with the proposed treatment plan.
On the day of the procedure, Dr Burn was extremely reassuring and professional. He explained each stage of the treatment clearly and continually checked that I was comfortable throughout. He was very attentive, ensuring that additional anaesthetic was provided whenever necessary, which made the experience far less daunting than I had anticipated.
Following the procedure, I was given clear aftercare advice and guidance on pain management. Although I was advised on what pain relief to take if needed, I experienced no pain afterwards at all and did not need to take any medication.
The combination of Dr Burn's expertise and the kindness and professionalism of the whole team made what could have been a stressful experience remarkably straightforward. The standard of care I received was exceptional, and I would recommend Shiraz Endo and Dr Chris Burn without hesitation or reservation to anyone requiring specialist endodontic treatment.

From start to finish the dentist and…
From start to finish the dentist and staff were great.
I had a re root canal done.
I was asked to book an appointment for a 12 month check up for an x-ray free of charge.
On this visit the x-ray showed a tiny dark shade so I was asked to go back in a further 12 months for another x-ray.
The x-ray was all clear which they were confident it would be.
Great experience,highly recommend this practice and staff.

Tongue tie procedure
I went in for a tongue tie procedure with Dr Sukhvinder Singh Atthi and he and the nurse made me feel really at ease, they understood the issues I was having, gave me all the info I needed and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure after seeing how nervous I was. Super friendly staff, sleek process and I felt really taken care of. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Highly recommend
I have a fear of dentists and am a bit claustrophobic but needed root canal treatment. My mind was put at ease after the initial consultation with Raad Sabet who was very calm and reassuring and explained everything. I had the first treatment, it was painless and Mr Sabet talked through everything he was doing and spent time making sure I was comfortable and relaxed in the chair beforehand. I am not apprehensive about having the final treatment as although I can think of nicer things than going to the dentists, I know I'm in good hands.

I was referred to this practice by my dentist because I required a complicated root canal treatment which was performed over several appointments. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend Shiraz Endo. From the first consultation visit, I was treated with professionalism and friendliness, and made to feel at ease. My treatment was performed by Dr Raad Sabet - he’s clearly an exceptionally skilled specialist and I was impressed by every aspect of his work. He explained the entire process in detail, and most importantly when actually working on my tooth he kept me informed about what was happening throughout the procedure, so that nothing came as a surprise. I also noticed how scrupulously polite he was when dealing with his dental nurse assistant, they clearly have an excellent working relationship which all helps to make the patient experience as pleasant as it can possibly be.
