Great experience with Shoc, we now have lovely new tables and benches which has definitely upped our lunch game! Thanks to Diane for a speedy, easy service and quick delivery.

We had to buy a flat pack 8 drawer plan chest, quite an expensive item. After a lot of research online, I found Shoc. Their prices were better than their competitors for the same item, but what was wonderful about them was the service that I received. No bots who couldn't understand what I needed, but a real person, Diane White, who called me back after my email enquiry. Diane answered my questions and helped me through the ordering and delivery process. At the end of the day, I was thrilled. When the product arrived, the quality was as great as the service I'd received. Shoc is highly recommended!

We ordered 8 x 12 Seater Space Saving Tables for a primary school. From start to finish the process was straightforward. Diane met all our requirements and kept in regular contact regarding progress updates and delivery. The tables were delivered when agreed and put together on site by the driver who was also fantastic. We are so happy with them we have ordered more!

I ordered a Julian Bowen coffee table from Shoc and entered into some very professional and customer focused dialogue from Diane at Shoc beforehand. Once ordered I received further emails to keep me posted on progress and with Diane attempting to get the delivery to me super quick. Ordered on a thursday and delivered by late tuesday morning. Brill service - item arrived in pristine condition. No issues with any part of the shopping experience with Shoc. Well done. An exemplar service at a high bar that other companies fall well short of.

Fantastic service from Shoc Furniture. Diane was great to deal with, friendly, informative and gave great advice on my purchase. The lead time turned out to be faster than anticipated too which was a nice surprise. One minor hiccup with a broken part of the furniture that I received but Diane arranged for this part to be replaced by the manufacturers. This was not Shoc’s fault at all, and their response to the problem affirms the 5 star service that they have provided.

We ordered a sofa for our holiday apartment.
On receipt we weren't happy with the colour and asked for an exchange.
This was organised promptly and at fair cost (it was our fault after all).
Unfortunately there was a delay on the colour we wanted but Diane kept on the case and kept us informed.
When we received the final item we were extremely pleased with the quality.
Delivery was next day so extremely quick and from quite a fair distance too.
Price of the sofa was very competitive when we searched the Internet for the same or similar item.
Highly recommended seller will use again when necessary.

Outstanding experience. So incredibly helpful. I ordered a table that needed special shipping which they were really helpful about. They agreed to organise it for collection and when that didn’t work they took it to the delivery company without any extra charges or discussion. I dealt with Diane and she was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Been after a new high-end office chair for a while. Was great to be able to sit in one and make sure it was perfect, rather than buy untested online. Delivery was next day, overall brilliant service!

After being let down by another company, I found exactly what I was looking for on the Shoc Furniture website. After calling and explaining the situation to them, they couldn't have been more helpful. The whole process from start to finish was clean, efficient and very friendly and delivery was exactly when it should be (and a lot quicker than I expected). Excellent service and great quality product. We ordered an office chair but our fabric choice was out of stock. We were given a free upgrade to a better quality fabric in a similar shade, to avoid delivery delays. The chair arrived a day earlier than we were expecting.

I ordered 4 x chairs from SHOC furniture and received great customer service from start to finish. I liaised with the director of sales who was lovely. When the chairs I ordered were out of stock I called back a couple of months later and the customer team knew exactly who they were talking to. The delivery was on time too! Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service, although facing lengthy delays due to the impacts of covid and shipping delays (no fault of their own) the shoc team kept me updated regularly. Very responsive and helpful.
