Lauren Elliott was allocated as our paralegal for the sale of our property. She was effective in progressing the transaction and seeking & hastening updates from the buyers solicitors. Although a simple transaction, the lack of response from the buyers solicitors was a significant challenge which required escalation to the Senior Conveyancer.

Owen has been so professional, polite and discreet during my conversations with him. He always takes time to explain certain procedures about the mortgage.
