I use ShootProof for more than “just” gallery hosting of my photos. From invoicing to emails and archiving of wedding galleries, shootproof is an amazing resource for my business.

Galleries are easy to create, the user Interface is user friendly to make invoices, and credit card processing is now a joy.

ShootProof has been great for my business! For large events, having the option for self-fulfillment and being able to create coupon codes for individual use has been amazing. For my regular clientele, the galleries are easy to navigate and user friendly!

I have been using ShootProof for over six years. My uploads are fast, the site is reliable, and the price is reasonable. The customer interface is attractive. I have used several hosting companies, and ShootProof has been the best. They continue to make improvements. Being able to see what my clients have made as their favorites and what is in their cart is very useful, especially if they aren't tech-savvy and have problems.

I love Shootproof, I use them for online slideshows, for marking clients' favorite images, for client proofing when I create albums, wall art, and more. Couldn't do my job without it!

I love Shootproof. It has made it so much easier to put all of my business into one site. My galleries, contracts, invoices, contacts and so many things all in one place.
I love how beautiful and professional the galleries look when I send them to my clients. I refer everyone to Shootproof. The only thing I would request is that they find a way to better download and save all the monetary spreadsheets. It becomes very time consuming and difficult at tax time to go through and save all of the numbers item by item.

I have been using ShootProof to deliver images to my clients for about 5 years now and couldn't be happier. It's super easy to set up, easy to use on the client's end as well. Clients love that they can share their galleries with family who don't live nearby.

Shootproof is a great tool with everything you need in one place. I like how they keep trying to solicit feedback and make things better. There are tools I haven't even used yet, but I'll get there as I keep growing my business, just knowing it's all there.

+ Somewhat simple to use, it's straightforward, but there are some functions that are so inefficient.

Cons
- Contracts don't always send with ease, sometimes they don't deliver, I contacted Shootproof and they didn't really help at all with this issue. I mentioned I used Hellosign and contracts went through flawlessly, that it could be something in their code or configurations to have other people's emails block them, no response.
- When loading your portfolio/album, it takes a looooong time compared to Zenfolio, which loads extremely fast.

I'm currently considering leaving Shootproof and using Zenfolio or other options and make sure my photographer groups know the pros and cons. Zenfolio also allows way more images to be uploaded with their base packages.

Shootproof is an amazing company that has helped simplify my business tremendously. Shootproof is very user friendly and the customer service is top notch. I have been with Shootproof for over 3 years and will continue to use them. I highly recommend Shootproof services to all photographers.

Shoot proof has made a huge impact on my business! From the very beginning I’ve been able to direct my customers to the site and they would easily be able to navigate through each of my albums. That includes ordering quantity, volume and more recently the option to order packages. Each time I have had questions about service (more frequently than not these were user errors versus software errors), The team was patient and willing to work with me through each question to help me fully understand. Now if only they would allow you to build a website from it, true website, that would be the cake topper! Overall great service, can’t say enough about it!
