I ordered on line and paid. It was acknowledged with a delivery date, which was acceptable for this birthday present. I stayed in all day for the order but it never came. I tried to track the order but all I learnt was that it had been delivered to a Yorkshire place. I am in Cambridge. No delivery information could be established. I tried the reality help line to customer services with no further information available. I have tried to track for 3 days now to little avail. Not sure what to do next? Help!

I had problems ordering on line and adding my advantage points . Advised to call when I had received the products . When I did the customer service I received was so poor. Couldn’t assist and when I asked to Speak to a manager advised it would be up to 72 hours. I have been a customer for ever but won’t ever place another on line order . You need more managers and staff training on your frontline staff .

Super vriendelijk personeel! Enorm goed geholpen en ze nemen ruim de tijd voor je. Via whatsapp heb ik foto’s ontvangen van de boots bij daglicht en van in de winkel. Super fijn! Ik heb al 2x bij ze gekocht en ik ben 2 keer ontzettend blij met mijn aankoop! Verzending is ook prima gegaan. Ik had geen extra kosten voor verzending naar Nederland. Ik ben super blij!!

Have started to shop online for some medical products which I used to get from Amazon. The last few orders even though I have Prime have never been received. As my wife needed something urgent I went to Boots and got them next day delivery. They arrived through a courier and today's order for tomorrow was dispatched in an hour after ordering. They are a little more expensive but I am guaranteed delivery. Will continue to use.

An error on delivery. Sent to old address. Computer mix up but no problem for Boots.com. Instantly refunded and they will sort it out.

I placed an order on Boots.com last night and then realised after I had placed the order that the address had defaulted to her old workplace I left there in 2013 I has made several orders over the last couple of weeks and spent over a thousand pounds with Boots.com. So first thing this morning at 8:30am I phoned Customer Services at Boots.com only to be told that Boots .com cannot change/amend and address or cancel any order and was told that maybe the place of my previous work address will return the Parcel which contains the value of £220 worth of goods I then contacted Boots.com complaints department and was told that unfortunately this is Boot.com Terms and Conditions and they don’t have the facility to change or amend details it is the year 2020 and a multimillion company cannot not do a simple thing like change amend cancel orders or change amend an address in this day and age 2029 I think it is
absolutely disgraceful that their loyal customers can be treated this way please share on social media sites as i am 63 and don’t have social media ie face book but we will now be shopping at Superdrug from now on please forward on ie as far as i am aware a customer as the right to cancel within 7 days but not with Boots.com does the Law not apply to them

Boots.com online is a fantastic store and the customer service is second to none.

The range of products is vast, delivery is quick and prices are excellent.

Love the points system for enhanced shopping experience and will continue to shop with them ongoing.

No facility to use Gift Cards online how archaic is that? And to get a balance on your gift card you have to phone an 0345 number which is 12p a minute cost - person I spoke to told me they had to load the right system .. so I waited about 2 mins at least. What companies with an online presence these days don't have an online checking option? Absolute rubbish online facilities - will have to go to a store now to use the card - before they expire that Grrrrrrr.

Shopping in store is terrible with long waits and minimum staff, suppose they need to keep payroll down. I always do click and collect without any hassle.

Very unhelpfull, i received a pair of boots which were of very poor quality and they want me to pay for the returning costs.

I wonder if i will ever get my money back..

Ik kon weinig reviews vinden op Internet en kon daarom niet vaststellen of het een eerlijk bedrijf is. Ik heb een riem besteld en deze is een week later afgeleverd. Via Fedex wordt netjes bijgehouden waar het pakketje bevindt. De aankoop is eerlijk en prima verlopen.

Ik vind de verzendkosten (door Fedex) van €19 erg hoog; dit was voor 1 riem. Doe je een bestelling met twee riemen en dan worden de verzendkosten €28; nog hoger!!
