Great service, really fast delivery! I wrote my address wrong on the form and rang them when I realised and they sorted it immediately - very friendly. Would use again!
Item, a keyboard, was dispatched in good time and as described. Communication was great. Will definitely use again for my Dell parts.
Great service. I wanted a genuine Dell battery as there seems to be so many copies/fakes out there. Could have got it slightly cheaper on the big 'A' but prefer to support home grown small businesses... Mehr ansehen

Replacement YRDD6 battery for Dell laptop
I purchased a replacement YRDD6 for my Dell laptop. Online purchase process was straughtforward, and item was despatched promptly, with full tracking of the parcel provided.
Could have purchased from elsewhere slightly cheaper, but considering the excellent service from Black Cat, the extra cost was worth it.

Great service
Great service. I wanted a genuine Dell battery as there seems to be so many copies/fakes out there. Could have got it slightly cheaper on the big 'A' but prefer to support home grown small businesses not multi-national billionaires! Many thanks.

I run a game server on a Dell desktop…
I run a game server on a Dell desktop which crashed. I diagnosed a power supply failure and most searches ended with classic bait and switches e.g. "in stock" and immediate delivery translates to "in stock in China" and it will be immediately shipped and take 3 weeks to get to you. Delighted to find Black Cat! Back online within 24 hours!!!
