Wrong description, no reply, no reimbursement
They sent me shoes that were not as described on their website, so I sent them back. 15 EUR for the original shipping plus 30 EUR for the return. I have sent three e-mails to ask about a reimbursement for the shipping costs because I would not have ordered if their description was correct. I have received no answer to either e-mail and it has been 10 days since my return was delivered to them (according to DHL tracking). Until today I am waiting for the reimbursement (cost of shoes and shipping) and an answer.

They literally sent me wrong shoes…
They literally sent me wrong shoes without soles in them. They then proceeded to tell me it was my fault and I wouldn’t be reimbursed unless they had what I thought was a fedex tracking number, but nope, they gave me problems about that too. Don’t buy anything from them.

sent me mouldy shoes and they wont send a return label!
the first time i used DSML they sent me the wrong size with a completely smashed box. The second time i used DSML which was mid/end of dec 2025... they sent me a mouldy pair of jordan 1 chicago 1s with mould growing all over the heel, midsole and midfoot section. plus they wer pre-laced indicating someone else has had them before me plus all of the factory paper was missing. they said they will make a return label for me to send them back as I sent full proof of their terrible service. NEARLY 3 WEEKS LATER THEY WONT SEND A RETURN LABEL AND THEYRE NOW IGNORING MY EMAILS. its like i am begging to get my own money back despite the fact THEY sent me mouldy used jordan 1 chicago lows. two times in a row theyve aboslutely messed up my order. STEER CLEAR. way better retailers in the UK to get sneakers.

Customer service is appalling
Customer service is appalling. Dealt with Rose and it was extremely unhelpful.
I placed 4 orders. I asked to cancel 2 as the wrong size was purchased.
I sent a clear email (forwarding the original order I placed) and she cancelled the wrong order, which I never even enquiried or emailed about.
On the phone she sounded sleepy and reluctant to help.
Asked to speak to supervisor, which apparently doesn’t work on Mondays.
