Quite underwhelming, not a lot of Goodwood branded products, all quite expensive. Couldn't see anything I really wanted so bought a leg of lamb. Slow cooked it with thyme and rosemary, very disappointing, not aged, and tasteless. Will not be coming back and continue to buy my special meat from Knepp Castle Wilding, they know what they are doing
Seems nothing has changed with Customer service as can see same complaint going back years .I had been waiting over a week for reply to my email about my order showing as delivered but not arrived . I was sent a reply saying they have lots of staff sickness in their team of 6 and my email was missed . Only to be told what I already knew that my parcel
had been delivered to the wrong address and given a picture and coordinates to go look for myself ! Still waiting for a reply saying I am not looking for a parcel that should have been delivered to me
Website has no sizing and when you contact them to query their sizing nobody bothers to come back to you.
I’ve purchased numerous items of clothing and other items from the Goodwood shop and Goodwood events many times and I can’t fault the quality of any of them. The staff in the shop are always super friendly and efficient. The shops at the Spa, Golf Shop and Farm Shop are equally as good.
I ordered a bright turquoise sitting around the campfire hoodie. When it finally came in the mail it looked like a light seafoam green in color and the inside of the hood was black. I texted them and got no where with them. I will never order from them again. Why it takes so long to your merchandise is because it is mailed from China.
It's been almost a month ago I ordered from this company... they got my money right away but i have yet to receive my purchase!!! Not happy!!!
Wow. I can only write a review from my own experience today. What a superstar Lucy in CS & her colleagues were. Very very kind & just gone way beyond what many other CS folk have ever done. I’m bowled over & when I can share the surprise with my husband I know he too will be very grateful too.THANK you all so much. This is a genuine review & I’ve not been paid in any way to write this.
Rubbish!
Ordered a shirt and cap, shirt didn't come, so I paid £5 postage for a baseball cap. Only paid the money back after I emailed to complain and then didn't bother to reply to my email. Really sad!
I placed an order on 16/07. The parcel arrived on 19/07 and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it arrived. Sadly I found that my parcel was incomplete. I'd placed an order for a quantity of 2 hip flasks (along with 2 t-shirts and a cap) but the package contained only one flask. I emailed immediately to inform them of the issue. Having received no reply I sent a second email on 21/07. Having still had no reply I found a phone number on 27/07 which went straight to voicemail so I left a message. I tried again the following day and sent another email on 28/07 having had no reply. I reached out on Twitter and finally had some acknowledgement on 28/07 'Hi Ian, thanks for getting in touch and for your patience. We apologise that your order was missing an item. The team are experiencing a high amount of enquiries and will respond to your emails as soon as possible, which is likely to be next week. Thanks again.' That wasn't great but at least I thought the end was in sight. Sadly I've had no contact this week. Still no reply to my email or voicemails by 06/08 so I sent another and am still waiting on a reply. My next step will be to contact my credit card company to seek a refund if a response isn't forthcoming.
Update 26/08/2021
I finally received a mass-mail response via email on 10/08/2021 stating that I would hear within 14 days about a resolution to my complaint. I received an email on 17/08/21 to asking me to confirm if I still hadn't received the missing item, and if I hadn't it would be dispatched the same day. I replied within 7 minutes to say that I hadn't. I have had no dispatch notices or replies to emails since in spite of chasing.

Another week has gone by and I have received no responses to any of my phone calls or emails. Got a response via Twitter, but sadly nobody who can resolve my issue.
I’d left Father’s Day shopping til the last minute and sent an email to the Goodwood shop hoping to get a couple of bits sent first class that day. I wasn’t expecting a positive result. BUT, Jason was FANTASTIC! He got straight back to me, sourced what I was after, packaged it all beautifully and had it sent out that day by courier. Very happy customer.

The Revival is cancelled this year. I requested a refund for my tickets on 16th June. I have chased them up.
Still no refund. They now ignore my messages.
I have contacted my credit card company to request a charge back.
It has been an appalling experience.
Goodwood you have left a very bad taste in my mouth
I cant see us ever booking with you again.
Horrible experience. Simple order of a t-shirt has not been delivered after 11 working days. No response to e-mail and while the person who answered the phone tried to be helpful, the promise to chase this problem and call me straight back has not happened.
There was a problem with the parcel and it took less than a week to be solved, really quick considering I live in a different country. However the best of this was the staff, they were very kind and attentive.
Great quality products (which is the most important thing) on logical prices.
The delivery time can improve and always a registered courier service can help.
The staff is very helpful.
I will buy again
ordered a t-Shirt, none in stock, call to get refund, was refunded too little, call again to get the remaining amount... what a waste of time
