After ordering my item I discovered an error I had made in the team font. I emailed my situation to Newcastle United and Lucy emailed with a solution
and solved the problem right away. certainly encourages a person to want to do more business with a great staff like they have. Thank you !

I have rated NUFC shop 5 stars because I enjoyed shopping on the website, it was a positive experience. I also rate their after sales service as excellent. I had correspondence with Charlie, Alex and Sam and they responded immediately to my emails and dealt with my enquiries. I'm not happy with Evri as they lost my parcel in transit, but NUFC shop are sending a replacement order without quibble. Thanks guys.

I ordered a shirt for a friend + emailed for some information. I received a reply straight away even though it was after 8pm. I sent a quick response to thank Lucy for the quick response + was really surprised to receive another quick response from Alex even though it was after 10pm. Great customer service.

I ordered a shirt from the web shop while on vacation. Since it became clear that the delivery would not arrive prior to my departure I informed the web shop team who responded very quickly, friendly and with a can do supportive attitude. They offered me various resolution options which I really appreciate.

Second parcel returned in two weeks. Evri are the pitz no attempted delivery and the customer service at shop is as much use as a chocolate fire guard!

I called the NUFC shop following a breakdown in communication with Evri regarding the delivery of an NUFC order.
My call was connected promptly, and I dealt with Robert who confirmed that it looked likely my order had been lost by Evri as there was no movement update for7 days.
Robert agreed to send out a replacement order on the same day and apologised for the inconvenience, despite not being any fault of himself or NUFC.
Very professionally handled and a credit to the club and the NUFC customer service team.

We had a rough start, but the customer representative Alex made my day and helped me through a tough process, trying to get my brother’s birthday gift and nieces! Alex was attentive, responsive, and found a solution, and I will be buying more from Newcastle United thanks to him!

Amazing customer service from NUFC shop, my sons Newcastle top was faulty and I emailed about a replacement, all emails were responded to so quickly and even on a Sunday morning! New top is on its way thank you so much!

I ordered a shirt with a champions league badge on, it arrived without the badge, I contacted customer services and it was rectified ans a new shirt in the way within 24 hours. Reay easy and straight forward.

Evri lost my parcel, emailed customer services and Belle sorted me a replacement straight away excellent customer service very prompt.

There was some confusion with my order, so I emailed customer services to confirm as it was for my son's birthday so wanted to make sure the correct item would arrive.
Alex responded within an hour with confirmation which is fantastic service.

Evri not for the first time lost my parcel!I dealt with Alex Claire and Robin, who communicated with me keeping me updated on what was going on, when it was delayed they refunded my delivery costs immediately then yesterday when it was confirmed as lost Robin immediately resent a replacement out to me. Couldn’t be happier with the service

There was an issue with my parcel address.
Alex was very helpful, reassuring and kept communication going.... resulting in a full refund being issued.

Alex and Jae’s communication skills are on point! They kept me informed, after a multiple item order went missing with a courier, unfortunately, it took just short of a month from placing the order to receiving it. Thank you for your support, 3 stars awarded for initially using an unreliable courier which meant my sons birthday present was three weeks late.

Order was lost by EVRI, emailed club shop and within 10 mins I had an apology and the order re issued. Brilliant service .
