Perfect child’s Christmas present

Happy with the toothbrush but I do think the heads are expensive - even with the discount on offer!

After only 3.5yrs, my £180 Oral-B iO8 toothbrush has ceased to function permanently. I feel a £180 e-toothbrush should last significantly longer than that. Shorter battery life I'd accept, but to completely cease to work, is very poor. (My Apple Mac, a more complex product, is still going strong after 12yrs!). Being out of warranty, the Oral-B website offers NO discussion let alone any solution or company contact option - it's a stonewall. The Oral-B iO8 (and the iO9 which my partner had and which also failed requiring replacement after 1yr) are overpriced products that are NOT high quality. And once you're out of warranty, Oral-B doesn't want to know who you are. I've seen reviews about this company and how easy it is to BUY on their site. That's right, and that's the sum total of it...

It's an expensive toothpaste and not readily available in stores, but the online service was fast and easy, delivery was quick as well.

Ordered from website, easy to use. Fast delivery, good price and really good product! This was bought to replace an old toothbrush that had bern going for years.

I am somewhat surprised to see very recent reviews stating fast delivery. I ordered on the 30th of October. No delivery time stated but with it being a British product I anticipated it would be within a week. The Shop app originally stated delivery would be yesterday, which would be just a week, not fast but not dreadful. I'm not sure when it changed but yesterday I noticed it had changed to Monday the 9th. As this was to be delivered to my partners parents, as we are visiting (500 miles away from where we live), I decided the best course of action was to contact them. I failed on my first rule, I had not checked before ordering if you could contact them by phone. You can't. So I sent a message explaining my predicament about delivery. I received a reply within a few hours, not saying when it would be delivered but that it was by the 30th November, 1 month after ordering, but that they could change the delivery address. So, as I am away from home for a further 10 days, where do I have it delivered to? I replied staring my disappointment and the inability to decide where it should be delivered and asked when would it be delivered. I have not received a reply. If a product is on a months delivery time I feel the seller should be dutybound to make that abundantly clear at point of sale. This is, in my opinion, not a way to conduct business, nor post sales to demonstrate a good standard of customer care. However good the product is it takes a gloss off it and I must say looking at the reviews of fast and next day delivery brings into question authenticity of some reviews, or am I just unlucky? Not in my opinion.
