Despite an email sent a week ago about an item purchased 29th May, which should have taken 2-3 working days for delivery, I am still waiting for the item to be delivered .

Lovely cooling throw, nice quality and a great price

The delivery guys arrived when expected, brought up the new mattress and took away the old one.
Lovely.
The mattress is firm and comfortable.

​I bought two of these Silentnight Airmax 1000 mattress toppers 12 months ago—one double and one single—to add to our existing spring mattresses.
​It has made a massive difference to our sleep quality without the massive expense of replacing the entire mattress. As a heavier person, I was worried it might flatten out over time, but a year later, it is still holding up incredibly well. It remains just as comfortable and supportive as the day I bought it, with absolutely no issues.
​If you want to upgrade your current mattress without breaking the bank, I highly recommend this topper!

Try delivering

The reason for the 3 star is solely down to the fact that when the mattress came it of course wrapped in plastic but it had clearly been opened at some point (who knows when) and re taped with big brown tape sealing it back up. I of course thought there is a chance this could have restocked and used as that should t r the case. I kept the mattress because I needed it but I’m not impressed at the cost and this being delivered this way it’s not acceptable!

The Silentnight 3000 Ultra Gel Box Top is genuinely amazing and 100% worth the cost.

It’s supportive without being rock hard – my back doesn’t ache in the morning anymore. The “ultra gel” actually stays cool through the night, which is a godsend for hot sleepers. The box top gives it that proper hotel-bed bounce without feeling sinky. First night I slept 9 hours straight, which hasn’t happened since my 20s.

Build quality feels premium. No weird chemical smell when it came out the box either. Worth the price

The mattress topper arrived and it was better than I expected. The only problem is that I do not want to get out of bed!!

Still waiting on my dog bed ordered on 28th May, no response from customer service to date and no other way of getting in touch. Am hoping someone in Silentnight CS is here looking at these reviews and can tell me where my order is?

After posting this review CS got in touch and I had my dog bed delivered today. Bed is fine and dog is happy.
Not sure why the long delay though and still think I would have been waiting for it had I not posted on Trustpilot, but thanks for sorting.

Great customer service, super deal with free pillow. Fast and helpful date of delivery. Kept up to date on the time of delivery. They quickly delivered and unpacked the new mattress. Removed my son's old mattress diligently. My son loves his new mattress, comfy and lifting was his words. Thanks again

I really can't give a true review as I am still awaiting delivery of my dog bed.!! Where is it?

Delivery was seamless and old mattress taken away without problem. New mattress seems well made and is comfortable. All in all an easy operation. Would shop again at Silentnight.

Half of our order was not delivered, the courier they use(Evri) says it has been delivered but we never received it.

It is bigger than my duvet and i love that. It is so comforting and i deffonatly feel like i'm getting a deeper night sleep. My weighted blanket came in a plastic case that was burst open, however i don't know if it was sent like that or if it got damaged in transitt but it arrived and the blanket was good to use still.
