Decent product delivered on time.

I had a couple of queries about the product I bought. Both responses in seconds. The last one James was amending the website to clarify as we spoke. Can’t get better customer service than that. 6 stars.

The item we ordered arrived in very secure, protective packing. Had to contact customer service as the delivery address was wrong, they responded very quickly and resolved my issue. Overall, excellent service and would recommend.

Remarkably quick delivery. Make sure you work out everything you need before you place your order. It will be delivered before you know it so altering it the next day is not an option. I paid two separate delivery charges because I am not as well organised as EV Installers Shop!

Needed an additional battery for my Livoltek system and was going to purchase from my original supplier but EVI was best price and top communication from pre-order placement to post order process and delivery after ordering on Friday to be Monday Fantastic. Would Recommend !!

I had done my research and knew what functionality I wanted from a 7.4 kw charger. The product I chose was the Veva. I looked online and the best deal I could get, which was significantly cheaper, was from UK EV Installers. Within 3 days the charger arrived. Great communication throughout the order and delivery process. 👍

I called to discuss the different Zappi chargers in stock, and James was incredibly helpful. He guided me through the options, and I ended up purchasing one over the phone.

However, upon receiving the charger, I noticed that an internal electrical component was damaged. I was hesitant to proceed with the installation, as I didn’t want to risk it not working. I immediately emailed EV Installers, and James called me right away to resolve the issue. He provided several options, and I initially chose to go directly to Myenergi for support. Unfortunately, they were not very helpful, stating that since the unit hadn’t been installed yet, they couldn’t assist.

I forwarded Myenergi’s response to James, and he escalated the matter by contacting his senior contact at Myenergi. Both of them agreed that the situation had been poorly handled. For me, the real issue wasn’t just receiving a damaged item—it was the way Myenergi and UK EV Installers shop initially managed the situation.

Thanks to James and his team, this entire process was stress-free. Their dedication to customer service was outstanding—well done to James and the team!
