Thanks for your order and review. I'm sorry that we didn't manage a 5-star service on this occasion. Actually, we do provide the service you're describing where live tracking information is added to your booking and provides real-time updates on the delivery. But I can see this didn't work properly this time, which means you didn't get the "out for delivery" notification that should be standard. We'll investigate what went wrong and improve.
This is the second order with the UK EV…
This is the second order with the UK EV Installers shop and on both occasions the items were delivered well packed and sturdy.
Arrived on time as advised by the seller and I was kept informed all the way through the shipping process.
Best prices as well, so a win win scenario.

Excellent service, product well packaged and supplied quickly
Really good service from this company. I can well recommend it. I recently bought a Solax Triple Power slave battery to add to my stack, giving me around 16kWh. I ordered on a Friday and it arrived well packaged on the following Tuesday. Brill.
