Oustanding customer service
Oustanding customer service. I advised them that I had been let down by another seller and needed the charger the next day as I had an installer booked. Usually, next working day is their standard delivery but I needed it on the Saturday - James went above and beyond to help and despatched the parcel on a priority service to ensure I received it on the Saturday.
