Absolutely horrible experience and im not sure about these other fake reviews but these guys haven't answered a single email (including 4+ follow ups), call, txt, comment reply on insta, inbox reply on insta - nothing. Over a week since the order and more, no information provided on purchase regarding shipment, considering I ordered bitaxe with express shipping and paid another $20 for shipping. Try not to shop here because it's quite likely a scam by the operator, already reported to AFCA and flagged as a fraudulent company with amex after requesting a refund. The kid running this company clearly uses this as a side hustle without any customer service or business skills/experience. Thanks.

Zero feedback from "technical support". Bitaxe Gamma 602 oscillates between 800 to 900Gh. Overclocking heats it up too much, so had to revert to default values. I have since upgraded to the 52Pi Low-Profile Plus CPU Cooler for Raspberry Pi 5, and put the original fan at the rear to cool the back of the Voltage Regulator. The "fancy" original heatsink from SoloSatoshi was pretty much useless. All new parts and accessories direct from AliExpress. Much cheaper!

I received a faulty Bitaxe (temperature sensor) and the response to have it returned and replaced was first class. My new Bitaxe is working like a dream. I haven’t hit a block yet but will continue to dream. Will be purchasing another soon.

Great products with helpful set up guides and instructions. It may help if you could provide an ETA for shipping of some products on your website. I had to email asking for a status update as 5 days had passed I hadn’t received an email confirming shipping.
