My comics came in perfect condition and I was very happy with the variety of comics in the site.

Je me suis laissée tentée en début d’année en commandant sur leur site après qu’aucune librairie de mon secteur n’ai pu me fournir les issues Star Trek qu’il me manquait.

Ayant vue qu’ils avaient des précommandes sur des nouveautés allant jusqu’à 4 mois, j’ai achetée un mix d’un Softback (déjà sorti) et de 5 issues en précommande (de deux collections Star Trek differentes, chacunes avec des variant covers) afin d’arriver au montant offrant les frais de ports.

Si entre Janvier et Avril, le site ne donnait pas beaucoup de renseignements concernant l’envoi ou la méthode d’envoi des articles ainsi que le mode de règlement (différés, en même temps, paiement au compte goutte ou avant envoi), le service client a su me renseigner rapidement par mail.

Je viens de recevoir mes comics, et je n’ai jamais vu un aussi bel emballage ! À peine quelque jours pour arriver en France, des issues emballés dans des comics sleeves avec renfort rigide et tout parfaitement bullé dans un carton adapté.

Je vous recommande ce site sans la moindre hésitation, que ce soit pour leur fond de stock US ou leurs nouveautés en précommande !! 🖖🏻

Petite astuces pour les futurs acheteurs :
- les produits seront expédiés une fois tous les livres d’une seule commande disponible (si vous avez des articles dispo’, et d’autres sortant dans 2 mois, vos articles ne partiront pas avant la mise à disposition des nouveautés).
- le paiement vous sera crédité avant l’envoi de votre commande (une fois tous mes produits disponibles) malgré un message vous rappelant qu’une somme est dû à une date X.
- pour toutes questions, leur service d’aide est très réactif, rassurant et serviable.

Great packaging

I bought a novel that isn't available in Italian. It took them a while to source all the volumes, but they managed to do it. Plus, since some volumes were slightly damaged (nothing major, you could barely notice), they offered me a discount.
Overall, it was a great experience. The only downside is that I'm Italian, so I tend to buy material in my own language. However, if in the future I need to buy other things in English, I'll definitely use their service again.
Highly recommended.

Pre-order the Marvel Team-up #14 (invincible and spider-man crossover). The package was set back due to reasons beyond their control, but I've received quick updates when I asked. The comic was packaged well. The shipping was fast taking only two days. Definitely recommend them!

I have ordered from them 2 volumes, which for a backorder of 3-4 weeks until shipment, they shipped it in 3 weeks and i got it withing 2 days. Another time a single issue comic that had a 1-2 days until shipment time and they shipped/sent it in 1 day. I received it in amazingly perstine condition within 2 days and i simply have to say that they are the best!! They are honest with their shipping times and they are very quick to answer you with any questions you may have. Highly recommend
